Question 1

How does the NooBark collar detect my dog's barking?

Accepted Answer

NooBark uses smart sound sensor technology to accurately detect your dog’s bark. This makes sure the collar responds specifically to your dog’s barking, reducing false triggers from other noises.

Question 2

Is the NooBark collar safe and humane for my dog?

Accepted Answer

Yes! NooBark is harmless and safe for your dog. It offers multiple training modes, including beep, vibration, and adjustable static stimulation, allowing you to choose the most appropriate and gentle correction method for your dog’s temperament.

Question 3

Why doesn’t the collar activate when my dog barks?

Accepted Answer

If the collar isn’t reacting, it’s usually because the sensitivity level is too low, the contact points aren’t touching the dog’s skin properly, or the battery needs charging. Make sure the collar is fitted correctly and the sensitivity is set high enough for your dog’s barking.

Question 4

Can other dogs’ barking or outside noises trigger the collar?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While NooBark uses advanced bark recognition to filter out background sounds, other dogs barking close by might still set it off. You can fine-tune the sensitivity settings to help avoid these false triggers and make sure the collar focuses on your dog’s barking.

Question 5

Can I leave the NooBark collar on my dog all day?

Accepted Answer

No. For your dog’s comfort and safety, don’t leave the collar on for more than 12 hours at a time. Always check the skin under the collar regularly.
